Management |
ILS Management
DHK is able to provide ILS Management to our Clients, either
in the form of a formal ILS Manager acting on behalf of
the Client, or as a 'Shadow' ILS Manager. We can also provide
individual ILS element managers e.g. LSA Manager, ARM Manager
etc.
Bid Management
Our considerable knowledge of both sides of the procurement
process, enable us to support companies in the development
and submission of tender documents. We are able to provide
a Bid Manager, who will guide a Client through the complexities
involved in supplying a robust compliant response, either
for the complete bid or for the individual ILS elements.
Red Teaming
Given the extensive knowledge of ILS procurement and procurement
in general, DHK is well positioned to review and constructively
critique solicitation documentation. A short period of project
familiarization is necessary to perform this function.

Working with
you |
Our working practices enable
us to provide a flexible response to the Clients' needs.
As normal practice, we spend time on Clients sites gathering
information and disseminating information. We are also able
to provide a higher level of on-site presence as preferred
by the Client.
In terms of contracting for work, we normally quote a fixed
price for a fixed package of work, which is delivered to
time and, obviously, within the Clients' budgets. Comprehensive
reports are provided on a monthly basis to ensure formal
visibility to the Client on the Company's progress.
As the need arises, we are prepared to enter into partnership
agreements for multiple project support on an ongoing and
closed commercial arrangement. |
